This website is a marketing presence. Binding contractual terms between matd ag and tenants are handed over separately during the discovery process and agreed in writing. The following section on AI-generated media content additionally applies to any use of content created via the platform and forms part of every client relationship.

AI-generated media content

As part of individual skills, the inmoIQ platform generates media content (in particular audio and music tracks) through third-party artificial-intelligence services. The following additionally applies to the use of such content:

1. The Customer shall use AI-generated media content solely within the scope of the rights granted by matd ag. The Customer is additionally bound by the applicable terms of service of the third-party providers used, insofar as these govern the use of the generated content, including the content and usage restrictions set out therein; the providers used and their terms will be disclosed to the Customer upon request. Before passing the content on to employees, contractors or any other third party, the Customer shall bind them to at least the same restrictions.
2. The Customer shall not hold itself out to third parties as a partner, reseller, distributor, sublicensor or representative of the third-party provider, and shall not use the provider's name, trademarks or logos without the provider's express prior written consent.
3. With respect to the provisions of this section, the respective third-party provider is a third-party beneficiary and is entitled to enforce these provisions directly against the Customer.
4. The generated audio and music tracks may be used solely as part of the output created via the platform, not as a standalone audio product. In particular, building, operating or offering any collection, library or catalogue of AI-generated audio or music content (for example as stock or library material), as well as its resale, sublicensing or use for training AI models, is prohibited.
5. matd ag does not warrant exclusive rights in AI-generated media content and gives no assurance that identical or similar content is not also available to third parties. If a third-party provider changes its terms of use or a licence basis ceases to apply, matd ag may restrict or discontinue provision of the affected content; the Customer shall adapt already published output upon request.
